Facilitated bilingual community dialogue to ensure diverse resident perspectives informed city planning. I led listening sessions focused on neighborhood housing needs and hosted middle housing walking tours and community discussions around urban densification.

Empowered community members to provide testimony about experiences with food insecurity, the needs of the community, and to connect with their legislature. I help build partnerships with other organizations across non-profit, grassroots, government, and education sectors.

Oregon COVID Farmworker Study | University of Oregon

Conducted culturally competent qualitative research with vulnerable agricultural worker populations during the COVID-19 public health crisis that included bilingual outreach, in-depth interviews, and qualitative data analysis for a statewide collaborative research effort. The community involvement in this research helped identify urgent resource gaps during a major public health crisis.
